ABOut me

Hi guys! My name is Kris. Here’s a little bit about me.

I’m a professional dancer who was born and raised in the DMV who now splits time between LA and Atlanta. As a child, I always wanted to become a professional dancer but never knew it was truly possible to achieve. Along with that dream, I've always had a love for animals and wanted to become a veterinarian.

Skip to college, where I attended East Carolina University, I graduated from ECU with a bachelor’s degree in biology and competed all 4 years as a D1 scholarship track and field athlete. Did I forget to mention I ran track? Lol. Those 4 years of my life, being a student athlete to that degree, shaped me into the extremely hardworking and dedicated individual I am today.

After graduating it was time to get my life together, right? So I applied to veterinary school and was fully invested in going the veterinarian route. My application was unfortunately denied because I needed more experience under my belt. I then moved to Atlanta and started working as a veterinary technician to build that experience in hopes of getting accepted the next year.

While working at the vet I started taking dance classes as a hobby. That reignited my passion for dance. Over the course of taking a bunch of dance classes, I was noticed by a talent agent and signed with them. I was on my way to becoming a professional dancer!

I started getting asked to do movies, award shows, music videos, commercials, and tours. Next thing you know I quit my job as a veterinary technician and took the leap of faith to pursue my true passion. I spent the next 4 years in Atlanta checking off some amazing personal goals that I never imagined could come true.

But, I still had a feeling that to truly reach the stars I would need to move to LA. In January of 2024, I did just that.

So, here I am. If you made it this far, check out the rest of my site. I’m always looking to collaborate with other dancers, work with amazing choreographers, experience new projects, take on new challenges, and share my journey.
